Managing Research Requests

Research requests are requests for help in finding appropriate resources. They appear in Team Centre -> Manage Research Requests.

The response can include a collection, for example a list of suitable resources.

The request can be allocated to someone in the team prior to being resolved, to enable distribution of the research request handling among a team of admin staff.
