Research Requests

Research requests provide the ability for users to contact the resource administration team with a specific request for a resource or set of resources.

It may be that the user is unable to find suitable resources, or simply wishes to utilise the skills of the administration team in finding better resource matches.

The administration team can attach a collection to the request and send it back to the user.
